# Sensor review: fictional planning example

These observations are synthetic and use arbitrary units. They are for a document demonstration, not a field trial.

## Audience and purpose
A team meeting deciding what evidence to collect next. Explain the observed ordering clearly, while keeping uncertainty visible.

## Available evidence
sensor-summary.json contains three station summaries. Station A: 12 readings, baseline 18, follow-up 16. Station B: 12 readings, baseline 17, follow-up 24. Station C: 12 readings, baseline 18, follow-up 19.

A grouped comparison chart should show baseline and follow-up values for each station. These summaries show ordering only; they do not explain the differences.

## Limitations
No raw individual readings, timestamps, calibration records or matched environmental measurements accompany these summaries. There is no uncertainty estimate, control assignment or record of independent replication. Do not invent confidence intervals or claim a treatment effect.

## Decisions and next steps
Request calibration certificates, original timestamped readings, measurement units and matched conditions. Compare paired readings, document a raw-data review and assess uncertainty before making a causal interpretation. Keep the original source files unchanged.
